  哈爾濱玻璃鋼研究院有限公司（簡稱哈玻院）成立于1960年,是我國最早從事樹脂基復合材料研發的科研機構之一，現隸屬于國務院國資委管理的中央企業中國建材集團有限公司。哈玻院是國家科委（科技部）首批組建的國家樹脂基復合材料工程技術研究中心的依托單位、國家纖維增強塑料標準化委員會副主任委員單位、中國建材500強企業。

  哈玻院自成立以來，緊跟我國航天及軍工事業發展的步伐，在一次次挑戰中實現突破,創造了多個“中國第一”，開創了中國玻璃鋼工業的進程。哈玻院創新性地研究總結出了纖維纏繞規律，首創了我國纖維纏繞技術，成為中國先進復合材料研究和應用的先驅和領跑者。同時，也是我國拉擠技術、熱熔預浸技術、鋪放技術的主要發源地。

 經過近60年的發展，哈玻院已發展成為以纖維纏繞技術、拉擠技術、預浸料制備及鋪放技術、結構設計技術、高性能樹脂體系及功能材料、工藝設備設計制造技術為主要特色的科技型企業，承擔了國家科技攻關、高技術、重大裝備工程配套，以及航空航天軍工重大工程配套任務，研制產品成功應用于神舟、天宮、天舟、空間站、嫦娥、長征等載人航天和國防工程。哈玻院產品遍及航天、航空、國防、核工業、船舶、電力、建筑、水處理等眾多領域。

    未來，哈玻院將繼續遵循創新發展理念，堅持需求牽引和市場導向、國際先進和國內領先相結合的原則，堅持差異化發展，將復合材料成型工藝技術成果應用于新產品開發，創建“人無我有，人有我新”的創新環境，為我國邁入世界航天大國行列、為國防現代化建設、為我國趕超世界先進水平和國家現代化建設、為我國玻璃鋼/復合材料行業發展做出更大的貢獻。

Harbin Fiber Reinforced Plastic Institute Co.Ltd. (HRBFRP) founded in 1960 is the earliest science facility that engaged in researching and developing resin matrix composites in China which is now an affiliate of China National Building Material Group Co.Ltd. a central enterprise under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council(SASAC).HRBFRP is the first batch of organized national resin matrix composites project technology research center supporting organizations, vice chairman organization of National FRP Standardization Committee, top 500 enterprise of China.

HRBFRP followed the footsteps of the development of China's aerospace and military industry closely, achieved many breakthroughs after many challenges, created many China Firsts and started China’s glass fiber industry process. HRBFRP creatively concluded the regularity of filament winding and initiated China's filament winding technology and became a top runner and pioneer in China's advanced composite materials research and application. Also is the main source of China's pultrusion technology, hot-melt prepreg technology and fiber placement technology.

After 60 years' development HRBFRP has developed into a technological entrepreneurship specialized in filament winding technology, pultrusion technology, preparation of prepreg and fiber placement technology, structural design technology, high performance resin system and functional material, processing equipment design and manufacture technology, undertook national missions as tackling science and technology key problems, high technology, important equipment engineering and important aviation, aerospace and military equipment engineering, the research output successfully applied to manned space and national defense projects ShenZhou, TianGong, TianZhou, space station, Change probe and ChangZheng. HRBFRP's products reach many realms as far as aviation, aerospace, national defense, ships, electricity, and architecture and water treatment.

In the future HRBFRP will continually follow the philosophy of innovation and development, adhere to the principles of demand pull and market orientation, combination of international advanced technology and domestic leading technology, adhere to differentiated development, apply composites forming processing scientific and technological achievements to new products developments, establish the innovative environment of When others don't have it, I do.
